4. Review Edit & Save Progress
   • Review all entered information using the preview screen and make corrections if required.
   • You may save the form as a draft and return later to complete and submit it before the deadline.
5. Final Submission & SE ID Generation
   • Once completed, click "Final Submit" to submit your data. No further changes can be made after final submission, except by the enumerator.
   • After successful submission, a unique 11-digit SE ID (starting with "H") will be generated and displayed, and also sent via SMS and email (if provided). It is recommended to note it down or take a screenshot.
